A great opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Property Administrator/ Negotiator. This role is primarily an administrator role, supporting and working alongside Negotiators and Property Managers taking calls, preparing paperwork and aiding our service delivery. You will have an extremely diligent, well organised work ethic and feel confident communicating by telephone and face to face ensuring that administrative tasks are completed promptly using industry recognised software. Whilst largely office based this role is not purely office based. It will occasionally involve face to face meetings with prospective Landlords, Tenants, Sellers, Buyers and Contractors as they visit properties so a full unrestricted driving license is essential As an "independent" agent we Sell, Let and Manage residential property throughout the Cambridge and Newmarket areas through 4 offices but are free of large corporate control.
