Senior Branch Manager
Claire started her estate agency career in 2012 where she quickly became one of the top performing Sales Negotiators in the company. Claire joined Jones & Chapman in January 2018 as a Lister for the Moreton and Greasby office and was soon promoted in the October to Branch Manager of Greasby. Claire's passion and enthusiasm is what motivates her team to bring in top class results. Claire is now the Senior Branch Manager for the Prenton office.

Nick made a complete career change in 2020 after spending 23 years in his former role, realising he had a passion for property and fantastic customer service, he became a Mortgage Consultant. Nick prides himself on his work ethic and thrives each day to help his clients. He is a great asset to the Prenton office and is admired by his team.

Lister
Tom began his journey with Jones & Chapman in May 2021, as a Trainee Lister in Greasby. He very quickly found his feet and in the November was promoted to the main Lister in Wallasey, In August 2023 Tom re-located to Canada as a Property Manager, however he came home in April 2025 as the Lister in Prenton, he has been on quite the journey, but is thrilled to be back!

Sue started her career in Jones & Chapman in 2017. Not new to estate agency, Sue soon became a role model to her peers. Three years in, she qualified as a Senior Negotiator and in 2023 became a Residential Sales Manager. She has a wealth of experience and has excellent customer service skills, she is kind and caring and always on hand to help her clients. Outside of work Sue likes to travel.

Abi has a background in retail and joined Jones & Chapman in March 2023 as the Viewing Attendee. Abi is currently studying Law and has a huge interest in property. Rebecca started her estate agency career in April 2024. Rebecca has trained and qualified as a Lister, however missed the interaction of sale agreeing houses, Rebecca has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm and is always on hand to help her clients find their perfect forever home! As result of her fantastic work ethic it was no surprise that she was fast tracked to a Senior Negotiator. Becky as she is known to her peers has a zest for fashion, loves animals, charity shopping and travelling.
