I have used William H Brown Estate Agents Dinnington twice. The first time in 2014 when I came over from Australia to buy a house for us to retire to. The team there were so helpful. They even gave me the use of a desk. I bought a beautiful house through this branch in a record time and they did everything possible to help with the purchase upon my return to Australia. Due to a change of circumstances I had to sell the house this year, 2025, and did so without returning to the UK. They sold the house within two weeks of it being listed and went above and beyond to assist me remotely with the sale. This included security checks on the house, fixtures and fittings check lists, locating documents for proof of works carried out to the boiler and electrical systems and chasing solicitors for both myself and the buyer.
